Solusi mengatasi tidak bisa install Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010 – Error 1933. The Windows Installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files.

Lagi instal office 2007 eh mlah muncul pesan
  “Error 1933. The Windows Installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files”

Ternyata ketika saya install menggunakan USB Flash, ada salah satu file .dll di windows yang tidak ikut tercopy ke dalam system windows, alhasil dan kebetulan ini berpengaruh juga untuk instalasi Microsoft Office 2007 maupun 2010. Ternyata nama file yang tidak tercopy adalah “fp4autl.dll”  di dalam folder c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions \40\bin sehingga tiap install juga hasilnya sama kayak diatas. Bingung kan pastinya? 

Berikut tips untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut:

1. Download file fp4autl.dll disini atau kalau gak punya akun 4shared bisa disini

2. Trus copy paste aja filenya di mari >> 

            c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions \40\bin

3. Sekarang coba ulangi install nya, InsyaAllah Berhasilllllllll............
